BLACK BRITISH BOOK FESTIVAL FANTASTIC PARTNERSHIP WITH PAN MACMILLAN TO PRESENT THE WRITERS ON THE RISE

The Writers On The Rise Program, generously sponsored by Pan Macmillan, has provided a transformative experience for talented emerging Black writers. Over an intensive eight-week period, participants were immersed in the intricacies of the publishing industry. They had the opportunity to learn from industry experts and discover innovative methods to craft and share their stories.

Throughout the program, these writers were exposed to the behind-the-scenes processes that drive the publishing world, gaining invaluable insights and practical knowledge. This remarkable initiative is only the beginning, as it marks the first of many workshops, sessions, and programs planned for the year.

The Writers On The Rise Program aims to empower and uplift emerging Black writers, offering them the tools and support they need to succeed in the competitive world of publishing. With such initiatives, the future looks bright for these talented storytellers.
