James Barber is a screenwriter based in South London. James first burst onto the scene with his critically acclaimed web series Flatshare in 2019, which later made its TV debut on London Live in 2021. James’s writing combines grounded, thought-provoking drama and comedy for adult and YA audiences. He is currently developing a number of TV scripts, specs and shorts that explore the intersections of race, sexuality and neurodiversity.
