Storymix creates original, high-concept series for children and teenagers with inclusive casts of characters. It was founded in 2019 by entrepreneur, editor, screenwriter and author Jasmine Richards, who is passionate about creating heroes for every child and building worlds where every child gets to be the hero. Storymix operates as a springboard for racially-minoritized creators, nurturing and incubating their talent and working collaboratively with them to produce its stories, which are sold directly to publishers. Through its work, Storymix helps publishers meaningfully increase the number of diverse titles published each year.
