Marvyn Harrison is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and the founder of Dope Black Dads. He started Dope Black Dads on Father's Day 2018 when he and his friends shared their experiences as Black fathers in a WhatsApp group. Today, the organization has reached tens of thousands of people across the UK, US and South Africa, won awards, and created a global collective of mums, dads, queer, disabled, men and women community groups. Marvyn lives in London and has two children, Blake and Ocean, who star in his picture books I Love Me! and The Best Me!, and with whom he does confidence-boosting affirmations every day.
